Can anyone confirm if rovers (particularly t16 turbos) are fully compliant with OBD2? - I think I read somewhere that only in the US was it mandatory for OBD2 to be fitted after 1996… In Europe it wasn't mandatory until 2000. (I think - can't find the link at the mo)

Get out of the way, safer for all concerned. That said I've punched it to get out of the way and left the bloke behind for dust, then pulled in and slowed down and sat there waiting for the bloke to eventually build up speed. Ruins their 'get out of my way I'm faster than you' moment. Ha-ha that’...

Hmmn hope no nova owners read this forum or a suspect another forum war may occur! To diminish the hazard of instigating such an altercation we must use elongated vocabulary that they will not be acquainted to (as they are illiterate chavs). They will therefore have no notion of what we are conversi...

Are these the ones that require you to solder to about 15 places on the ps2 board? Had a look at doing one for a mate and there were some solders on to surface mount resistors and onto the pins of very small chips …... if your gonna do it you'll need a lot of patience! Re: Petrol Warning Lights
Anyone know if there is a British Std, to how many more miles you can do once the light is on. One of the lads at work reckons that there is a STD saying, once the light is on the vehicle must be able to travel 75 miles or something ridiculous like that. I can understand that there would be a Std, ...

Thanks for all the replies guys If I run it at a slight decline to where the waste from the sink and washer goes through the wall to the outside it will end up below it. So I would have to drill a hole through the wall. Now, what's the minimum clearance I need between the ground outside and the hole...

Calling all Rovertech DIY'ers and Plumbers!
Ok guys, I've just bought a house and we've got a dishwasher. Problem is that the dishwasher is on the opposite site of the kitchen to the sink and washing machine and there's no plumbing for it . Plumbing the water supply to it won't be much of a problem (I'll just need to learn how to join copper ...

HAYNES GUIDE TO TOOLS OF THE TRADE
(Shamelessly stolen from another forum) HAYNES GUIDE TO TOOLS OF THE TRADE HAMMER: Originally employed as a weapon of war, the hammer is nowadays used as a kind of divining rod to locate expensive parts not far from the object we are trying to hit.
