Re: Hayleybs f/b thread
Really disappointed with Hayley. Over the past couple of weeks me and Hayley have been in talks over a car she wanted to buy from me and several aftermarket parts. The reason I was needing to sell it all was to fund my fathers funeral this coming Monday. We agreed on a price for the car and the parts and I even went to extra lengths of stripping all the parts from another coupe I have in the garage for Hayley to collect tomorrow as arranged. Lately time has really been against me with work, family and organising every part of my fathers funeral and again Hayley was fully aware of this but she still insisted that I remove all the parts, she me to wanted take pics of them all separately and send them all to her including over 20 pics of the coupe she was buying from me. She was due to collect the car and the parts tomorrow morning. She has just pm'd me saying she no longer wants the car as she needs to fund other priorities.
I spent all weekend last week stripping parts sending pics and really needed that money to fund this funeral. You knew this Hayley. Why would you do this?
Forgot to mention her asking me to keep it insured so she could drive it 3rd party to get it home which I'm paying £40 a month for which I made a payment for on Wednesday which I didn't need to do

Sorry to hear about your father mate. I can understand your feelings as the funds where going towards such an emotional event but keep your chin up and give him a good send off

Re: Hayleybs f/b thread
As I said in my message, I'm sorry and I haven't done it on purpose. I explained a house came up literally yesterday that I wanted a while ago but it sold before mine did so lost out. Couldn't lose out on it this time so I've had to compromise on other things. Although we agreed a price I never said I was definately going to buy it. I was coming to view the car first. Also I never insisted you remove the parts at all I just said if I I was to have them I would rather get everything in one hit. I appreciate all you done to sort out pics etc and this wasn't a decision I've taken lightly but things change in life. Also you never said you were relying on the funds for the funeral so don't make me out to be that out of order.
All I can do is apologise for this happening at such short notice.

ah right so your saying you was going to do a 6 hour round trip for a quick gander at my car?Hayleyb wrote:As I said in my message, I'm sorry and I haven't done it on purpose. Also, we agreed you were to come up before my Dad died and I said I would rather fix the blow on manifold before I sold it but after my dad died I explained the circumstances and said I needed to fund my dad's funeral so will sell the car as is for a reduced amount and with the parts you asked me to strip we agreed on a price of 1450. Do not call me a liar. You are the liar. You knew exactly why I was wanting to sell the car so quickly.

Re: Hayleybs f/b thread
Your ridiculous tbh. Sound like a kid in a playground. We agreed a price based on the fact the car was as advertised. If so then I would have had it but I was obviously going to view it first. I wouldn't just turn up and take it no questions asked which I made clear enough In my messages. As I've said I'm sorry things changed and I am actually gutted I couldn't come as I did want the car if it was as described. You never said the money was for the funeral, you just said you needed it out the way as you had alot of stuff going on and not enough time to fix it. Your making me out to be some heartless nasty person when I'm not at all. I need the funds to put a roof over my head but obviously the car should be more important.

Obviously your not going to take it no questions asked that's not what I'm saying. Let's not get confused or change what's being said, you didn't turn up full stop end of.Hayleyb wrote:Your ridiculous tbh. Sound like a kid in a playground. I'm not arguing no longer I'm just fuming about the fact I spent a full weekend stripping parts, taking and sending photos. I asked you Wednesday night if you were still coming you said yes no problem what so ever then Friday you've bought a house. Iv bought 2 houses now so I know the process and it don't happen that quick unless you know something about it in the 1st place.

Re: Hayleybs f/b thread
I did explain the house came back on the market Thurs and others were putting offers in so we had to move on it quickly. This happened quite quick tbh all in the space of 24 hours. So no matter what you think you know about it these are the facts.
