MEMS 1.9 and MEMS 2J on MGF and Elise S1 live data fix.

There are some early MGFs and Elise S1s with MEMS 1.9 which will not display live data if the engine is running.
Additionally there were some early MEMS 2J ECUs which did not work in the same way until we put in a software fix.

We have now solved the MEMS 1.9 issue, and we suspect that the same solution will improve the error rate on the early MEMS 2J.

Unfortunately this fix is a hardware change.

I received my interface unit today after modification and hey presto the live information works and also all other ecu's work as before
