rite ppl im changing the head gasket on my coupe turbo for the uprated one and need a link or the info to be able to torque the head back down cheers guy and have a great new years eve dave

That's been copied from my scan I put on RCOC. Its freely available from the downloads section on RCOC if you want it; along with all the other Rover documentation I've scanned in so far.
