Not all and mostly the ones that did only had the front bumper not the rear.

Also another question i wondered. Where did the roversports bumpers come from? are they aftermarket or were they an optional extra? as i know the front bumpers are pretty common but i know the rear bumper and sideskirts are very rare. I've got the front and back roversports bumpers to go on mine but i cant find the skirts anywhere.

Rover did a Bodystyling range for the Gti's as an option extra at the factory very few got this. None got Roversports kit ;)

So the kits Ste,C2k and Ive had on two of my cars is the Rover Bodystyling kits.

4th in real speed on an N/A box is only about 110ish which would make sens as speedos can be out by a fair way.

It gets worse the faster you go, so don't worry about breaking the limit in anything below 70.

the 140bhp (M-series) verisons were quicker accelerating to 60mph than the 136bhp T-series cars. The early ones rover claims 7.9sec 0-60mph, and 127mph. The 220gsi, figures are 8.2sec and 125mph. Only about 5bhp difference, but it does have an effect.

A mate of mine used to have a 220gti, (80'000mile) with a K&N 57i, de-cat, and a performance exhaust. I think it had an ecotec valve fitted too. And that car really did feel quick. i reckon it would have done 0-60mph in 7.5sec easily.
