*laughs* I don't think it was more than two minutes before you'd flashed me with the Turbo shirt, too. The Mk1 looks lovely, and sounds lovely too, Scott, I likes. Paul posted up a good pic of ours together, find that one.

Yours was clean by comparison to mine! Mine looked an odd, faded kind of orange!

actually heres a thought 600nutter I do like them wheels you have they are quite nice and suit the car beautifully and dont sell it as you will only regret it. I know a lot of people my way have sold there 600's and moved onto other motors and they all regret it hence why I have kept my baby. Could have bought a couple of brand new cars with what I have spent on her but I have never regretted it. It was good to see a lot of enthusiasts with there motors and even the 800's brought back some fond memories of my twr 827 which I kept for 7 years but I had to put her to rest :(

The wheels are from a Mk 1 Sterling and I believe that they set the car off nicely.

I think those wheels really suit the 600, never liked the standard 600 alloys, (not the simliar ones to the vitesse the dustbin lid ones).

You can't say it was overdressed, the interior (if many looked at it) would have been inspired to the mods that can be done with a bit of imagination and patience. Also proving if you want somthing then nothing is impossible 8)

This surely proves the versatility of the 600.

You have my sedate-looking kerb-crawling Grandadmobile with the antiques road show wheels. Now compare this with Julian's stunning ultra-modern street-racer looker.

Same car, different appearances; how versatile is that?

If I could afford a 2nd car, then I would keep the 600 as my project and limit the useage on her, but alas I can't
