Been looking at Parkers for a work colleague to get a rough value for his car.
How do people rate parkers?
Would you say there prices are about right??
They seem low to me but maybe I've just lost track of the used car market??

Bit low for anything interesting.
Parkers tend to be ok for the main stream stuff, but undervalue the rest.

Yeah real cars real prices give the best outlook of a market. The trade will often under value more specialised cars but bump them up ont he forecourt.

But where do the people who advertise in Auto Trader get their prices from? Other people advertising in Auto Trader usually. Or Parker's. And the price they want is not always the price they get.
I understand Glass's guide is considered more accurate than Parker's.

Parkers give the maximum value of a Vitesse Coupe at about £1800! Ive seen plenty going for £3000.
