What does a 17" straight and tyre weigh!?!?

I have to arrange postage for the one I just sold, however my scales just decided to pack-in on me...

Anyone recall how much they weigh on average, or can find out for me please?

just put it down as 10 kg for the delivery company they wont check the weight as long as its close enough.

It'll be more than that.

As a referece, I weighed in a 17" OZ superT as around 18kg. I'd go for 20 or 25 to be safe... likely to be around the 18 mark though as it's a similar design wheel.

Oz superleggra with toyo t1 (one of the lightest tyres) weighed 15kg. You need to be looking at closer to 20kg per wheel).

10kg, not even three piece rims that cost thousands weight that little with tyres

An 18" ZT alloy with tyre is 14kg so i would say 10-12kg for a 17" version.

Your scales must be buggered.

A toyo 205/40 tyre weighs 8kg on its own (one of the lightest tyres on the market). We all know that the 17inch superleggra (one of the lighest wheels you can get weighs 7kg on its own.

Standard Rover 15inch wheels that are fitted to the 25 weight 15.5kg.

1001 Tornado's 17inch fitment weight 18kg with tyres.

Just remembered that 14kg was the wheel only, NOT including the tyre.

I was sending a new wheel to someone and weighed it at work on calibrated scales.

Inc Toyo tyre just under 16kg iirc
