st white rover/mg zr turbo £700

right guys the time has come to sell my project as i simply dont have the money anymore, as i have just left my job, and could do with the money from the this to tide me over for a little bit, it is been sold with no reserve as i simply need this gone asap, will also listen to offers so feel free to email with them. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PROJECT SO SOLD AS SEEN.

it is 95% complete, all it needs to complete is:-
loom finishing from the bulkhead, but if you didn't want to do this you could get a complete built one from a guy on rover-tech website called 'cableguy'.
it needs the front bumper re-fitting / a new one (doesn't need one, just the current one has been cut out for an rs inter-cooler which will be included)
electric windows need re-wiring or wined up windows fitting.
could do with a exhaust system as the one that's on it is to be honest rubbish.
could do with a drivers front wing.
cat c back in 2006 and vic checked and passed back in december 2006
NEEDS TAX AND TEST!!!

so here is the spec as it stands:-

1998 Rover 214 turbo conversion
mg zr bodykit fitted
resprayed in aspen white
T16 engine fitted (proper job that has had a full rebuild with thread on it and pictures to prove.
t25 turbo
front mount pulsar intercooler fitted
lightened and balanced flywheel
slim line fan
lowerd 40mm all round
160 rear brake conversion
620ti front brake conversion
custom painted rocker covers
de badged and wiper removed at rear
full new headgasket set
new front slam panel as old one was butchered, still have it to show buyer
17" alloys with custom spray job
4 new tyres all around
custom mounted boost gauge
battery to boot conversion
zr interior (except steering wheel)
rear stripped out with false floor in but i do have the back seats to go with it
replaced unbelievable amount of parts
turbo timer (not fitted but will come with it)
complete new bulb set all around (again not fitted but will all come with car)

yeah i could possibly deliver, more than likely actually. yeah id help would be nice to help with it, if you get a loom off cableguy its a plug and play, so will be easy enough

hi their budddy it seems that i now have this car and i have been working on it for the last few months. can i ask you if the engine was ever running i know from reading this post and from seeing the pictures that it has been re-ferbished but was it ever ran

Im afraid this is the problem with buying projects.

They require a lot of work. Try a wet compression test.

low compression could be down to stuck tappets, try building the oil pressure for a while first and then try a comp test.

never ran was stripped cleaned with new gaskets ect....guy who had it is a class A t**t after almost 8 or so years of friendship he blocked my calls and blocked me on facebook over £150.00 for the cams and pullys i bought him
