Up for sale is my 2001 mg zr 160 it is in great condition and has only covered 53000 miles

11 months Mot
6 months tax

It is in excellent working order head gasket was changed at 45000 miles new timing belts water pump. and tensioner were also fitted then.
The vvc mechs are even quiet on it

It will come with a trafficmaster clock and the janspeed centre section and janspeed oval backbox fitted and I will supply a janspeed manifold and decat what I never got round to fitting other than that it is completely original

It has just had 2 new front tyres (back ones are fine also)
I have also fitted a new drivers side window regulator as the last one packed in which is common

Bad points-
A few age related scuffs and minor rust spots in all the usual places
Wheels could benefit from a refurb

Only selling as I want something old school :)
£1200 ono

May break if there is enough interest let me know what you want

Shame a good car is going to be broken. This is why a lot of older rovers are becoming hard to find.

Can't be bothered to break it anymore so I will just have to wait for the right buyer

Right bit of an update

Mot'd last week 17/9/12
1 months tax

Head rebuilt approx 1k miles ago due to timing belt failure running absoloutley tremendous now and still quiet

Wheels no longer need a refurb due to me fitting the ones off my mk2 before I traded it in

6k hid kit and white led sidelights

Smoked clear front indicators

Team heko wind deflectors

Full streetwise 2+2 interior in black
Image

Tin worm has begun on the arches and the usual spots (bumper corners and boot lock)

Abs rings need doing I have the new ones here just haven't got round to fitting them

£900 as it is or £1000 with the janspeed manifold and 200 cell sports cat included

Would get more by breaking it but I don't have the time to do this as I need a vehicle to transport my downhill bike around in, ie a small/medium van or estate

I really can't afford it right now which is a shame one thing though might be worth asking where the car is based.
