uprated stereo cd player speakers and 12"sub
collins dump valve kit and silicone boost hoses
boost gauage and k&N air filter
tunning box fitted running 19psi and has 140bhp
powerflow back box and decat pipe
tf leather steering wheel
drilled and grooved front disc

Why in Gods name, did you put a bloody dump valve on it?????
You need the boost to go quicker!!!!!

All that important boost you have gained, and you then just lose it with a funny fart noise

Your car, but as somebody with more derv tuning experience than the OP, please for the love of all things holy, take that stupid valve off.

All looks to be within well known safe limits of the engine. Why tune a diesel? Why not?

Why tune any car???

The L series has been successfully run for many years (including my own personal car) at 150+bhp/240ftlb torque, with no mechanical failure engine/turbo wise.

Seeing as this is Rovertech, and the bias is towards the T16 turbo engine, why tune that up, when it already has 200bhp as standard?

I've been running 19psi for 130k miles now. Sensible tuning isn't an issue. The engine will outlive the car. Mine is on 270k
