Get well soon Rob

Post by Raistlin »

The old git fell off the back of a lorry today (pun intended) and is now doing a "Jake the peg" impression.

Hope its not as serious as it might be Rob.

Ferkin NHS! :x

Missus had to drive all the way over to work and get me, as couldn't drive, (ok in truck as its auto) went to A&E just down the road, straight in, no queue doc there has a look says its ok probably bruised, go home take some paracetamol be ok, was in and out within 5 mins, bear in mind can hardly walk, wife's fuming (ex nurse) so I get carted off to local hospital, see nurse, she says hmm think doc should have a look, he bothers to do a proper examination, sends me off for Xray, nurse spots something, doc's not 100% sure but possible fracture, so got to wait for radiographer to have a look tomorrow for a better opinion, but currently one leg totally bandaged up and on crutches, and signed off for 2 weeks at least!

Si, be grateful, I was due up to Newcastle tomorrow too! :P

Sy, STFU :bleh:

and err Si, hope you drop that battery on ya foot, then I'LL laugh :P

even though he fell off the back of a lorry, you wont get much for him at the car boot. It's not like gold, ya see- the dollar value per ounce is not very high for Robs'. Even though there is a lot of him
