It's unconfirmed, LA times has him listed as in a COMA at the moment updated just minutes ago. http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lanow/2 ... -ruda.html

TMZ was touted as unconfirmed by all media.

Doubt he'll survive though if the heart attack put him in a coma. Legend. :(

Edit: 23:15 Just confirmed dead. :(

All the weirdness and alleged kiddy fiddling aside, I'm still shocked that a) he is dead and that b) that he was 50. I remember being a kid at the local leisure summer scheme when the thriller movie came out.

I hope people cancel their bids on ebay before it's too late

I dont believe he molested kids,i do think he was f'ed up and was inappropriate around them. If anyone its his father who shouldn't be mourned when he goes. He created the issue in the first place. Im not a fan of MJ by the way, just immune to media hysteria.

I can see this being a 'Princess Di' moment for many.

Without wishing to suggest anything without knowing all of the facts, but isn't it somewhat ironic that two individuals that messed around with their bodies a little too much, both died on the same day?

RIP to both Michael Jackson & Farrah Fawcett. :(

OMG man, how can you say that when theres no proof ?? The only kids who ('s family) said he molested them were the ones trying to sue him for 20million dollars, the ones that were in his house but didnt try and sue said tha he just wanted to be a child, probably because his father took it away from him when he was 4yrs old.

Mainly due to the fact that the parents of said children strangely forgot anything had happened when 20 million dollars was deposited in there bank accounts.

Isnt that strange that the parents who set out to get 20million dollars by suing, shut up when they were given 20million dollars out of court settlement.

Serious dude, dont get too taken in by the media. He was a very bizaare guy, but personally i dont think he was a 'child molester' as such.

Hmmm, who knows at the end of the day, still he did make a huge contribution to Pop! Must be somewhere in about 99% of peoples music collections. Don't spose anyone's seen the south park episode with "the jeffersons"?

Yeah i saw that and thought it was probably not far from the truth. As i said i dont think he molested anyone, he was just inappropriate around kids, but it wasnt paedophilic or anything like that, just misguided. His father is the one that shouldnt be mourned when he dies.

I like the songs and thought he made a good contribution to music.

But I've had the jokes coming in all morning.

What's the difference between Michael Jackson and Alex Ferguson? Alex Ferguson can play Gigg's in August. :o

i dont think anyone can be certain he did anything, but he is a bit odd. he shouldnt have been sleeping in the same bed as kids that wernt his own, and the parents of said kids should never have left them.
one case setteled with a lot of cash, if it were my kid i would have wanted jail time. the other was dismissed.

great singer and performer.

i see the txt jokes are getting in here, so ill add my fav atm..

whats the difference between Michael Jackson and Alex Ferguson?

Ferguson will still be playing giggs in august..

Haha yeah, it was, but mostly because after merging them, your comment of "repost and wrong forum!" wouldn't have many any sense in the new context, so just thought "ah what the hell, let's see if anyone disagrees with your new comment strongly - it could be entertaining"
Would have owned up if it wasn't taken light-heartedly of course! :)

First of all an apology.

Sorry i have been off the map, but i decided to take a break from the whole Rover tuning/appreciation thing as my life had a lot more important things happening. I have been away few a few short trips, and as such my home life has been under enough strain without RT/RG getting involved.

As things now stand, I'm home, still hating my job, but my home life is in good shape, so i will be around again, but possibly not to the extent i was!

Cars wise, Rach's Landrover has gone, to be replaced by an 07 plate Zafira 150ps diesel, Tesse is slowly rotting away with no rescue package on the near horizon, therefore it is with great regret that i am announcing that she is to be stripped for parts (please see the parts section). The 414 is still going, but i am royally sick of the awesome power of the 1.4 engine LOL.

Glad to be back, and again i apologise for ignoring everyone, but i needed to sort out my life and something had to take a back seat.

Good to hear at least that half is shaping up, and, well, at the very least you still have the job you hate, look at it that way!
