We are pleased to announce that we are now a manufacturing outlet for HEL Performance.
Having invested heavily in the top of the range 2 speed swaging machine and full die sets, we are now able to produce hoses from -2 AN to -16 AN from stock.
The full range of over 5000 brake hoses is available for ultra fast delivery in the normal range of HEL hose colours:
We are also able to make custom hoses for brakes, clutches, oil coolers, Power steering etc, and have spent considerable time experimenting with the machine and various fittings to enable us to crimp hoses others do not currently attempt.
We can swage braided, rubber and nomex overbraided hoses, coated brake and clutch hoses, ultra-flexible convoluted hoses with stainless overbraid (these are incredibly flexible and tough, and we have a contract to supply this hose as a finished assembly to a national engineering company).
No job too big, no job too small.
We will supply ANY 4 line kit for only £62 delivered for the remainder of February!

Do you have the pattens/sizes for maestro and ZT? (any chance of maestro van ones?!)
I could try offering a group buy to the 75/zt lot if that would be a go-er

Yes as the van has a leaf spring rear setup. I've probably got a pattern one kicking about somewhere if needed though (it already has braided fronts).
I'll see if there is any interest on the 75/zt forum and see what turns up.
Oh just saw the maestro links. They are a bit off. There wasn't a 1.0, 1.1 or 1.4. I'm guessing they are supposed to be in the metro section!

OK - that's from the data we have from HEL.
There were over 5500 lines, so there could be errors I admit - but they will be HEL's omissions.
If you have a pattern rear for us to go from I'll make you a pair for free

Yes I'll have one somewhere! I'll check it against the car ones too to be sure they are different before sending it.
Also posted up on the maestro/montego lot too to see if there is any interest.

I'll have a set for the ZTT (assume they are the same as the ZT), and I'll confirm what I need for the maestro when I can have a look tomorrow. (probably another set)

Which engine is in the ZT-T and is it a disc or drum?
I am presuming it's a Disc

ZT-T 1.8T ('05 plate). All discs. I presumed they all were!

Are you able to supply fronts separate to the rears?
I have a full set fitted already to my Rover Coupe but my front ones are damaged somehow.

Hi, is there any chance of these to fit the pug brembos for the brembodge setup on and MG ZS?
I really wanted to be able fit them without use of a banjo bolt fixing and use the original screw-in line type of the pugs.
Thanks, Callum.

The calipers are designed for a Banjo bolt - why would you not want this?
Serious question...

The brembos are designed for an inline fitting, the banjo bolts quite often leak when used on pugs due to corrosion on the face.

I used Dowty seals instead of the copper washers to get a fluid tight seal.

Banjo bolts are the correct way to do it on the Brembo caliper.
All you need to do is flat off the paint where the banjo sits and use Dowty seals, which we can supply.
In answer to the question, yes we can supply a 90deg female fitting and a male-male adaptor, but it's not the right way to do it... Why? Because you STILL need a washer type seal on the caliper (in which case just use the banjo), or to redrill the caliper to an NPT thread to allow a seal.

Im confused grant, Peugeot fitted inline fittings as per my pic, not banjos.
Similar to the ones you did for my m3, no washers needed.

Thing is Dan, the little stubby pipe is likely to need replacing due to corrosion.
So the best thing is to take this out and attach directly to the caliper.
The male fitment in the caliper you pictured, IIRC, is not a taper thread?

The entire thing comes as a complete pipe ? No taper afaik
