Are the polybushs different hardness as Some are red or black?

I think its just colours that go together but could be wrong.

As mine are rusted to hell and probably chewed up

plus the oe ones have grease ridges in them and are supposed to allow the arms to be free moving as you will.

Yes, 10.9 grade steel are better for use in the suspension.

Those suspension components look far too good to fit on a car.
