My apologies for the delay with these guys!
Right, first off, a big thank you to Neilbaker86 for doing some trial fitting with some of the original spec spacers and reporting any tweeks that could be made to make fitting easier. I have just come back from the machine shop and have asked for 20 of the following spec:
4 x 100 PCD with 12.2mm dia holes
Recess in rear to be 56.1mm dia and 5.2mm deep
Nose on front to be 56mm dia and 5mm deep
Spacer thickness will be 7mm
Overall thickness will be 12mm (1mm on spacer, 1mm on front of nose)
Outside diameter:
Originally these spacers were for my own brake conversion using discs with a bell of 140mm, I had the spacers made this diameter to make it look neater. Going largest to smallest, these are the bell diameters for possible fitment:
326mm - Brembo GB - 164.3mm (cheers Rob

)
316mm - R56 JCW - 140mm (my conversion)
282mm - ZR160/ZS180 standard front - ???mm - anyone have one lying around?!
262mm - standard front all others - 152mm
260mm - ZR160/ZS180 standard rear - 155mm
239mm - standard front all others - 140mm
Why Rover couldn't stick to one size I don't know
This batch of 20 are being made to 164mm O/D as that is the largest measurement, I can then have them reduced as per people's requirments.
Fitment on rear:
Unfortunatley fitting these spacers to the rear of the car isn't as straight forward as you'd hope. The existing location on the hubs is much deeper, around 8mm. As the spacers will only accomodate 5mm (the extra 0.2mm being for clearance) I suggest some additional 3mm shims to sit inbetween. I can have these made, but would need to know how many.
Locating screws:
I forgot to drop off a disc for the guys at the machine shop to copy

No matter, I can make a template myself and will add these holes afterwards. I am even planning to provide a pilot hole 90deg around from the actual hole for people to drill the Brembo discs, as I know these only have the 4 stud holes. Hopefully Rob/C2K can comment on drilling these discs and how it would affect returns etc, hopefully there won't be any returns of course

I will supply 2 x M6x20mm countersunk stainless allen bolts
per spacer.
Wheel studs:
As the spacers are now 1mm wider, I would stongly suggest using longer wheel studs to be on the safe side. You will definitely need them at the rear if using the additional 3mm shim. I will look into a GB on the ARP ones for those interested.
Cost:
I don't know yet, I will obviously update when I do. They are bigger, so using more material but the work involved will be the same, plus I'm having a larger batch made this time so shouldn't be too much different from batch 1.
Update: Delivered costs for a pair of spacers is £35, with 8 ARP studs, £65.
What to do now:
If you still want some (and with 20 heading my way, I sincerely hope you do

) please add your name below and state where they will be fitted on the car/over what disc, whether you require 3mm shims for the rear and also if you want ARP studs/quantity of.
Thank you all for your patience
