Intelligent Tuning are able to offer full gearbox re-builds from £140 !!!!!

Gearbox rebuild costs: -

Full strip down, re-shim, and rebuild fee - £140

Non 'U' gearbox bearing set - £140 (all steel cage)

'U' Gearbox full bearing set - £170 (one more bearing than a non 'u' box)

Look for 'U' in the first 4/5 letter/numbers on your gearbox code sticker, found on bellhousing.

All U spec bearings are now available in steel cage at no extra cost !

Torco MTF gearbox oil - 1 Litre - £9 (very highly recommended)

Up Rated Quaife Diff - £575
Up Rated Gripper Diff - POA

If you are unaware of your gearbox code, this can only be done when box is stripped down. We will confirm once stripped down.
Any other parts required would depend on what may have broken in your box.
Additional parts can be sourced from Rover by us or by you, if you prefer.

A six month warranty is given on all our re-builds, but this is for standard(ish) vehicles, we can not honour any warranty if you vehicle has been involved in any sort of motorsport inc. trackdays.
