That was 8 days before I bought the coupe. I was arround before that with my 1.4 but too shy to post as all the big boys were talking aboot 200 bhp not 120!!!

2000 was when i had my 220Gti and fully equipped it with the bodystyling kit, janspeed exhaust and 17" lenso wheels off a crashed 216 gti i bought for £500 then sold for the engine for £325

I was on roverload before too, but didn't come over to here for a while, not until it the lounge opened anyway, as it used to be technical only.
Was on here over a year before I actually got my rover
It's been so long I dont think I can ever leave, despite not having the coupe any more.

i barely remember roverload... i think i joined up and talked about a bleed valve made from a fish tank valve, and i understandably (although not at the time) got flamed

lowered,17"x8.5" azevs, badboy bonnet, irmscher splitter,blitz filter,5" straight cut can, de-cat,220 hatch rear spolier, coupe front bumper,blue samcos, forge dump valve.
approx 200 bhp +/-
