Rob clearly lacking effort there, trying to recruit someone to follow - good effort.

Also, as an afterthought, while we're all there, we could rectify that problem with your bonnet, Lou.

My camera will be there, with a couple of sets of fresh batteries and a couple of SD cards.
I'll try to fill them.

Lol.
He's so drunk.
His reasoning was, that he wanted to type something meaningful, but due to being intoxicated, couldn't think of anything, so he merely typed 'RAWRR!' in order to hold the post-space so that he could come back and edit it when he woke up and thought of something more reasonable to type, he is currently telling me.

That makes a lot of sense, right?

@ Lou - was meant to be mild sarcasm, not a personal insult, sorry if it wasn't quite there.
@ Din - turns out it probably won't work, Dan, I'd need software to programme it into the ECU, so I'm getting on the phone to Remote Key in a minute.

And the fact that it isn't running atm isn't very much to MY taste, nevermind anyone else's.

Moved her this morning though, and pumped up the tyre that'd gone a bit flat, and washed her!
I'll probs put the Window lift ECU back in later, and the fusebox.

CBA to try to get the alternator out today though.

I'm pretty impressed.
This is more than I managed to gather in a few months for either of the Uffington meets.
I think it's probably because of the location, because RT's got an awful lot of members around Brum, which in itself is probably mostly because of the distribution of Rovers being heavier around that area.

I did think you were pulling my leg, Lou, but I had a bit of a night for insulting members on here while I was pissed last night, so I thought it prudent to be cautious...

Quite apart from all else, I've got to admit your coupe is gorgeous, and I think you're nuts to be thinking about selling it!

She Who Must Be Obeyed wants to go to Braunston...to look at narrowboats (she fancies a canal holiday next year)...so, we're going there on the Saturday, spending the night in a B&B and then coming to Gaydon on the Sunday.

Fun, fun, fun...

Thanks, Vard...for the bullying :drive:
