how much for the arm rest + postage?
and does it come with the bracket that goes around the handbrake cables?

As said in the PM i sent you, I really need to know if the arm rest comes with the brackets that fit around the handbrake cables. Because it is going into a ZR this bracket is what holds it down at the back.
